About Seamless AI

From designing interfaces to designing intelligent systems.

We are not fundamentally a design shop that learned AI. We are a team that has spent 25 years standing between new technology and the people it is supposed to serve — and Seamless AI is where that work continues.

The story

David → Seamless

David Cervantes has spent more than two decades in UX, product design, and digital strategy — before the web was the web — helping organizations turn complex technology into something people can actually use. That work became UXOKDC, and UXOKDC became Seamless AI.

The through-line has never changed: technology changes, people do not. We build for how people think, decide, and work together — then we make the technology fit that reality, not the other way around.

We work from the United States with partners across industries, and we show up where the work happens — watching how it really gets done before we propose anything.

The team

Human and AI, openly

The team is David, a small group of humans, and a fleet of AI agents — and the agents are openly part of it. We say so plainly because that is how we actually work: humans where judgment matters, agents where coordination and follow-through matter, together where the outcome matters.

AI is the leverage. The people are the point. We do not pretend the work is only human, and we do not hand it off to a model and hope.

Philosophy

Reactive AI

AI that understands what you're trying to accomplish, surfaces what you need before you ask, and works inside the flow of how your team already operates. Not a chatbot you go to — a layer that works with you.

Methodology

Intent-Centered Design

The framework for designing AI that actually works: intent before interface, outcomes before features, human and AI collaboration, explainable reasoning, trust and transparency, continuous improvement.

Technology changes, people do not. We build for the second part.
