Will this replace my team?
No. We build AI that takes the busywork off your people so they can do the part that needs a human. AI is the leverage; the people are the point. If a workflow should stay human, we leave it human — and we design that decision explicitly.
Is my data safe — do you train on it?
Your data is yours. We build inside your workflow, not by harvesting it. We do not train shared models on your data, and the specifics of storage, access, and retention we put in writing before work begins.
We already have a CRM — why you?
Most tools are built for everyone, so they fit no one. We build for your actual work and it adapts as you use it. For real estate, that is why we built Momenta CRM — it learns your voice, follows up in it, and preserves the relationship when a teammate picks up — rather than asking you to live inside someone else's generic workflow.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the work, so we do not put a number on a page. Pricing is case by case and we discuss it in a conversation once we understand the operation. The first step is a conversation, not a quote.
How long until we see value?
We get you running in the first sitting, not after a training course. The deeper value compounds as the system learns your operation — but you should feel the first lift quickly, without ten videos.
Is this just ChatGPT with a wrapper?
No. The model is a worker we can swap. The memory, the workflow, and the judgment live in the system we build for you. That is the difference between a chat window and something that works inside your operation.
What if the AI is wrong?
We design for that from the start. The system shows its reasoning, asks when it is unsure, and hands to a human. We build the recovery path, not just the happy path — verification before anything is marked done.
Do we own it — what happens if we stop?
You own your data and the work product we build for you. If you stop, you keep what was built and we help you transition cleanly. The terms for each engagement spell this out before we start.

We are based in the United States and work with partners wherever the work happens. We start by observing the real workday, on site or remotely, before we propose anything.
